We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, willing, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude in our London Branches.
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;
· Assist customers with currency exchange transactions including buying and selling of foreign currencies.
· Build rapport with customers.
· Upselling and cross selling currency and company products.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, reach targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
· Balance tills accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.
· Adhere to company procedures and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Count accurately at speed.
· Attend to phone calls and customer queries in a professional manner.
· Promote additional products or services offered by the company.
· Stay updated with the trends, regulations and updates related to currency exchange and financial services.
