We have a permanent Part Time Customer Service position open at our store.
The Part Time position will be for 3 - 4 shifts a week (approximately 15 - 20 hrs) during the day, evening and on weekends.
The responsibilities of this position will primarily consist of:
Customer service – helpful and knowledgeable assistance to meet customer’s needs in selecting the right food and accessories for their pet
Processing sales with a POS system
Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
Customer service experience
Cash handling experience
Experience and/or education with animal care, nutrition and/or behaviour
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
A friendly and helpful attitude
Good Communication Skills
A team player who can also work independently and shows initiative
A love for animals! You are genuinely interested in their health, happiness and well-being
