JOB INTRODUCTION

Our growing team is looking to hire a customer service representative with knowledge in graphic design to prepare mockups for custom products and clothing. The Coastal Reign team has had consistent year-over-year growth. This growth is attributable to the way we innovate in an otherwise traditional industry. As a graphic designer and customer service representative you will be responsible for making sure that client requirements are clearly communicated with our production team.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma
• Comfortable with working on computers
• Adobe Illustrator experience
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Duties include but not limited to:

• Answering customer inquiries with a main focus on answering emails, phone calls and walk-ins
• Ensuring that clients expectations are aligned and match the chosen print method
• Quoting clients on projects
• Preparing files on adobe illustrator
• Simple transformations to vector artwork
• Checking stock for clients
• Assisting in other departments as required
