REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasionally report to Headquarters in West Chester, PA for trainings, meetings, etc.
  • 3 Years’ Experience in the Customer Service Field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent of.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills.
  • Experience in email communication with customers.
  • Great Grammar and Communication Abilities.
  • Detail Oriented with High Level of Accuracy.
  • Efficient Time Management and Organizational Skills.
  • Great attitude.
  • Team Player.
