Seeking customer service representatives who are looking for a career in finance! Description Support investors by processing transaction requests, answering online account inquiries, and guiding decisions based on account goals. Handle account transactions over the phone, including purchases, redemptions, and exchanges. Assist investors in navigating and troubleshooting issues on the website or online platform. Deliver clear, goal-oriented service to ensure a seamless investor experience across all touchpoints. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year in a customer-service oriented role (i.e. retail, food service, etc.) Career-minded individuals with a strong work ethic and can self-manage Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills, ability to show compassion, empathy & patience Must be willing to study for and pass the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials)* Exam to qualify for permanent hire High school diploma or equivalent required; college degrees preferred *Note: Candidates must be willing to study for and pass the SIE exam during the assignment. Study time will occur outside of regular work hours and is unpaid. The company will provide and cover the cost of exam fees and study materials. Pay: $21.00/HR (weekly pay) - Upon permanent hire, the hourly rate offered will be $25.96/HR Start Date: January 19th Hours of Operation: M-F 6:45am-4:15pm (Must be open to 6:45am, 7:00am, OR 7:15am start times) Location: Denver, CO 80206 - ONSITE Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
