Job Responsibilities: Coordinate sales efforts for accounts with Outside Sales Engineers by performing the following duties: · Enter and coordinate customer orders to insure accuracy and timely delivery of products · Answer customer calls inquiries timely via phone or email · Gather part and price information and quote custom assemblies and components · Expedite special orders and pricing with suppliers · Monitor customer reports to proactively address concerns and on-time delivery · Coordinate new project development/prototypes between multiple departments · Balance account and workload priorities to meet customer deadlines · Attend Production, ECO and new product meetings and update other departments on order status · Assist Purchasing with component expedites · Work with Sales and Buyers to organize and monitor stocking programs for customers to find appropriate levels to ensure timely delivery · Enter and participate in resolution of Probtraks for customer delivery and quality issues The Requirements for the Ideal Candidate Include: · Strong organizational skills and detail oriented · Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills · Ability to problem solve in complex situations · High school diploma or equivalent work experience · 3-5 years of customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing environment · Experience with O.E.M.’s is a plus. · Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment · Strong computer skills We Offer: · Wellness program – your very own personal fitness coach!
