About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative with Midwest Block & Brick you are responsible for: * Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers. * Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. * Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. * Working with Outside Sales Representatives. * Ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. * Knowing competitor products. * Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries. * Completing daily paperwork. About You: The ideal candidate for this role will have: * A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. * Good organizational and communication skills.  * Strong problem-solving skills. * Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment). Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative provides in-person and phone support to customers and contractors while offering technical product assistance. They are also responsible for creating sales orders, managing daily paperwork, and coordinating with the sales and dispatch teams.
