SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative within the Harmonized Home division, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will communicate directly with retail partners, e-commerce customers, and internal teams to manage orders, answer inquiries, resolve product issues, and support overall customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in business, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience; experience in retail, e-commerce, or home décor industries is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP and CRM system experience preferred
  • Knowledge of lighting or home décor products is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and friendly manner
  • Suggest improvements to customer service processes and help implement best practices
  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately within the ERP system
  • Provide product information, pricing, inventory status, and order tracking updates
  • Communicate with shipping, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Handle returns, warranties, and product-related concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with e-commerce platforms to address consumer requests and resolve issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Support marketing and product launches by communicating product availability and updates
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
