Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative or Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate in any Field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Skills:

  • Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
