Resolv.Global is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Healthcare Account in Dagupan City. This onsite role requires providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their healthcare needs are met with efficiency and empathy. Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments and managing related administrative tasks Outreach for schedule confirmations and other client-requested activities Assist clients with inquiries and issues related to healthcare services. Process and manage healthcare claims in a timely manner. Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of customer information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve client concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and data entry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. Experience with healthcare databases or CRM systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Amenable to work onsite at Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
