Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. At least 6 months of BPO experience Experience handling a healthcare account is a PLUS Good verbal and written English skills Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong Willing to work night shifts What can we offer you?
