APPLY TODAY! What You’ll Do: Greet patients, families, and visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming and courteous experience. Manage incoming phone calls efficiently, following office procedures to address inquiries. Assist with new patient processing, including triaging, to facilitate smooth onboarding. Coordinate scheduling for new patients, rescheduling, cancellations, and backfilling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, and document-related tasks with accuracy. Prepare and distribute appointment-related correspondence, including confirmations, cancellations, and no-show notices. Support patient processes by managing confirmation calls, referrals, registrations, discharges, and release of information forms. Maintain patient records in compliance with policies, including scanning, indexing, and coordinating record requests with external agencies. Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily deposits with precision. Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and patients. Why Join Us? Preferred qualification—we’d love to see at least two years of experience as a secretary or receptionist, paired with coursework in modern office practices to give you an edge. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with general office tools such as computers, software applications, printers, scanners, and phones. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness, significant functional impairments, or those at risk due to mental health challenges.
