Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat). Resolve customer issues and provide clear, concise solutions. Offer tailored product recommendations, upsell, and cross-sell when appropriate. Maintain and update customer accounts. Stay informed about product/service updates and promotions to assist customers effectively. Handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
