THE JOB:

Horse Gear Canada and Sensation Ride is looking for a knowledgeable, confident, and quick-thinking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role isn’t just answering the phone and responding to emails — you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling tricky situations with calm professionalism, and guiding clients through complex custom saddle orders where every option matters.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, no-two-days-the-same environment and can be relied upon to think on their feet, solve problems, and support the business owner by keeping everything on track.

ABOUT US:

At Horse Gear Canada, we supply quality equestrian products and services to horse people across the country. We’re a small, hardworking team, passionate about horses and about making life easier for riders. Things move fast around here, it can be chaotic at the best of times, and we’re looking for someone who can step up and help keep everything on track.
Pay: $23-25/hour as a contractor
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, onsite in Okotoks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Answering customer phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Guiding customers through detailed custom saddle orders with multiple options and considerations
  • Handling customer complaints and finding solutions before they escalate
  • Coordinating orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Supporting the business owner with day-to-day admin and operations
  • Keeping things running smoothly in the workshop and helping out where needed
