Bnberry is seeking a motivated and customer-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and help enhance customer satisfaction, tying directly into our mission of transforming the Hospitality industry through innovative technology. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with booking issues, inquiries about services, and other client concerns. Maintain a deep understanding of Bnberry's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Document customer interactions, feedback, and any necessary follow-up actions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve products and services. Participate in training sessions to keep up to date with product offerings and customer service best practices. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service support, preferably with a hotel/short term rental background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Comfortable using CRM software and other customer support tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
