Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is calling all engaging and friendly professionals to apply to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative - HR Specialist!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 3+ years of customer service-related experience in payroll, human resources, benefits, human capital management (HCM), or SaaS
  • Proficiency with computers, including Windows Office programs and CRM Salesforce
  • Proficiency in basic system problem resolution
  • A passion for excellent customer service
    Bilingual would be a plus, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and a love for human resources. This excellent communicator needs to have a friendly demeanor and great organizational skills.
