Customer Support Representative Location: Sydney (Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office) We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide guidance, assistance, and outstanding support to customers across multiple channels. Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct product walkthroughs, resolve routine issues, and follow up with customers as needed. Assess customer needs and refer to relevant service or technical teams when necessary. Skills & Experience: Strong customer service experience, with excellent communication skills over phone and email. Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
