Requirements The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and assisting with customer inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails in a professional, courteous manner. Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and coordinate daily schedules. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies. Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using [CRM or dispatch software, e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar]. Communicate effectively with technicians, office staff, and management to ensure smooth operations. Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with estimates as needed. Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, escalating issues to management when appropriate. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on excellent service and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, or related home service industry preferred). Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch or CRM software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to handle high call volume and work under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or customer service training a plus.
