We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative in the HVAC division, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. You will be responsible for managing orders, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC, manufacturing, or distribution sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) is an asset
  • Technical aptitude or understanding of HVAC products is a strong advantage
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
  • Enter, track, and manage orders in the ERP system
  • Provide product information, availability, and pricing details to customers
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, production, and technical support teams to fulfill customer needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on backorders, shipping delays, and customer concerns to ensure resolution
  • Support outside sales reps with customer-related tasks and communications
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products and services
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team goals
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the HVAC Sales Manager
