As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the heartbeat of our customer service department, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best service possible. Your role will involve answering calls and emails from our valued customers, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need. You'll also keep detailed notes on customer interactions to ensure everyone receives top-notch support. Your efforts will contribute to making our customers feel heard and appreciated. What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming every customer call with a warm greeting and cheerful demeanor! Answering questions and addressing concerns with patience and understanding (inbound and outbound calls). Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating account information. Solving customer complaints and working as a team to escalate more complex issues. Following up with customers to ensure all their needs are met. High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of contact center or 2 years customer service experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong skills in comprehension and understanding of English grammar and writing. Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software Attention to Detail Able to multitask and navigate between multiple software applications Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM Capability to manage stressful circumstances with an optimistic attitude and to deescalate situations.
