In our Customer Service Sales department at Bergamo/ Italy
Temporary contract
Start date: immediately

Your role

  • Support in serving our customers in the EMEAI region
  • Support in the processing of customer projects, calculations, quotations, document requests and initial productions, among other things
  • Entry and modification of master data according to specifications
  • Assistance in complaints management
  • Support in receivables management and customer agreements/contracts

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training with initial professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
  • Very good working knowledge of English
  • Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge desirable
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills
