Customer Service Representative I Summary Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The Customer Service Rep I ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, tracks customer orders, and works to resolve any delivery issues.
