JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Provide front-line customer service to wholesale delivery, will-call, bush and walk-in customers Receive and process customer requests, including price quotes, orders, adjustments and cancellations Perform accurate data entry for orders and transactions Review and verify invoices for pricing and order accuracy. Make corrections as needed. Monitor customer accounts to identify past-due balances and credit limit concerns Track and report inventory issues including out-of-stock items Facilitate the flow of paperwork between the warehouse and office, including invoices, tracing documents and filing Manage outgoing mail ensuring accurate postage and proper handling Provide administrative and project support to management and the sales team Exhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skills Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationships Practice punctual and reliable attendance Perform other duties as assigned Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of professional office experience, including prior sales and/or customer service experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check as a condition of employment Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds. Regularly bend, stoop, reach, walk extended distances and climb stairs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Wholesale distribution and logistics experience Experience with POS systems is a plus. SCHEDULE This is a full-time, in person, 40 hours per week position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $20.00 -$23.00/hour.
