Description
Duties will include: Interact with clients (walking/by email/by post/by phone) To provide help and information to clients according to their needs and if necessary, accompany them to respective department. Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concern from clients. To amend address/name/beneficiary in the system from walking clients and received by email. To give details on policy (Estimated Maturity Value, Fund Value letter and Fund Management). Handle requests for amendment on policy and send to operations unit for processing. To follow up with clients regarding undelivered policies returned by post. Preparation of policy and duplicate of policy To provide support for queries on mySwan mobile application. Scanning and filing of consent form received. Coordinate and follow up with the relevant department on queries raised by agents on behalf of their clients Qualifications and Experience Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
