ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative III / Outside Sales Trainee to join our team in Tualatin, Oregon. This role offers a unique blend of customer interaction, technical coordination, and outside sales training. The successful candidate will support sales efforts, assist customers both onsite and via phone, and gain valuable experience to grow into a full-time Outside Sales position.
This is a fully onsite position with light local travel (~5%) and direct exposure to construction-related workflows and technical products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and in person.
· Support sales representatives by visiting customer sites and ensuring smooth coordination of services.
· Collaborate with technicians and warehouse staff to verify parts, equipment, and service needs.
· Manage customer service tasks and documentation through Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
· Participate in structured outside sales training programs and gain product knowledge (e.g., dewatering pumps, Goodwin Flight Pumps).
· Follow company safety protocols, including wearing required PPE (safety boots).
· Operate company service vehicles (Ford or Ram truck; no towing required).
