Your tasks:

• Handling customer requests by phone and in writing
• Independent management of existing customers and assuming the role of first point of contact
• Preparation of individual offers up to the conclusion of the contract
• Processing, monitoring and coordination of offers and order confirmations
• Maintaining customer goals and actively promoting high customer satisfaction
