A fast-growing home services provider based in Dubai is looking for a Customer Service Representative to elevate our customer interactions and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-quality customer service and maintain the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert leads into loyal clients.
• Manage and resolve escalation cases promptly and professionally.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service processes and overall experience.
• Actively promote and sell additional services to existing clients (upselling).
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling complementary services.
• Demonstrate skills and proactive strategies for increasing the average bill, including upselling premium services, cross-selling complementary offerings.
• Utilize CRM tools accurately to track customer interactions, sales progress, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center serving English-speaking or GCC markets.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, and fast typing).
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach.

Working hours

• Full-time, office-based position in Dubai.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including a lunch break.
• One day off per week.
