About The Role We are looking for a person who thrives in a busy customer-focused environment to join our team at our brand-new site in Port Hedland. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including: Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers Procuring product for customer orders General administration duties About your experience We are seeking a team player who has strong problem-solving skills, is customer focused and thrives in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business. Experience in customer service Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions Willingness to learn about our industry and business Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
