JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services through effective communication and upselling techniques. Multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English and Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Must be able to work 1:00pm until 10:00pm Monday through Friday
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
