We are looking for entry level part-time or full-time Customer Service Representatives for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to assist the Company in supporting its client, one of the world’s largest insurance companies in a fun, vibrant team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Sales! converting warm leads to life insurance and income protection sales. All calls are warm customer leads, ZERO cold calling!
• Promoting and educating current and potential customers on insurance products and services
• Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
• Effectively use a range of technology and telephone solutions to deliver on sales/ customer requirements.
