Description WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Processing Team in our Loan Servicing Department. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to their mortgage insurance needs, ensuring a positive experience through clear communication and efficient service. In This Role, You Will: Handle incoming phone calls and emails to process customer requests related to their insurance requirements and escrow inquiries Maintain friendly, professional, and helpful interactions with IHFA’s borrowers Work with the insurance servicing vendor to update borrower insurance information Complete various reports to maintain borrowers' active insurance Follow Agency guidelines for insurance processing Provide backup support for customer service calls as needed Other job duties as assigned Why Work With Us? Requirements Experience in residential real estate lending, residential loan processing, loan closing, and/or loan servicing preferred Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize and perform job responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
