Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the BMS system.
  • Collaborate with insurance broker and underwriters to process applications and resolve client requests.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- RIBO licensed (or willing to get license)
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Epic trained is an asset
- Experience working on insurance company portals an asset
