We are seeking a new member for our Customer Service team.This position is on the front line of all incoming telephone generated interactions.High energy and deadline oriented,this team is focused on working with our clients to provide information and product knowledge,handling customer concerns,and keying all orders received in to our computer system for timely completion.
Professional telephone manner and excellent computer skills are required.Successful candidate must enjoy dealing with a diverse clientele in a fast paced environment.Previous experience in the beauty industry and a sense of humour is a definite asset!
