We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong and clear communication skills at all levels and has the ability to work with senior management to actively assist with expanding the business within the electrical online wholesale market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to use and understand in house IT systems (training provided)
• Good understanding of numbers and able to use Excel and other external applications
• Excellent communicator with professional attitude
• Able to resolve problems
• Keen to gain knowledge and understanding of our business, products and customer’s needs and requirements
• Willing/able to develop product knowledge
• Well organised and attention to detail is key
• Communicate business information effectively and in a variety of ways from team to Director level
• Able to communicate effectively to obtain maximum margins from our immediate suppliers
• Able to identify and source products on the internet
• Ensuring that orders are dispatched and delivered to customers within expected timescales
• Strive for high performance, regularly reviewing the quality of service delivered
• Driving activity and initiatives and able to bring new ideas to the business
• Good understanding of Social Media
• Training will be provided
