Description Responsible for performing various financial transactions while delivering exceptional customer service, the Customer Service Representative serves as a trusted resource for customer needs. Duties of this position include: Provide prompt, professional customer service by assisting with account inquiries, service requests and issue resolution. Greet and assist walk-in customers, vendors and visitors; answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff while providing accurate and timely responses. Maintain, balance, and verify cash drawer within established variance limits. Count, wrap and bag coin as needed. Identify customers' financial service needs. Recommend relevant products, services and promotional offerings. Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred., Additional qualifications of the position include: Ability to maintain multiple tasks while maintaining composure. Ability to analyze problems, identify workable solutions, and select the appropriate course of action in an unbiased manner. Advanced customer relationship skills. Strong math and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate with peers and management in a professional manner. Ability to demonstrate initiative, diligence and strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication.
