Job description: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $18-20/hr 1st Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Looking for a Customer Service Representative with a positive mindset, capable of delivering excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders. With the desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities. Assist clients with general inquiries regarding, but not limited to, pricing, products, inventory availability, delivery scheduling, order confirmations, invoicing, and collections. Experience Desired 3+ years of experience in Customer Service. 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry Able to develop and maintain customer relationships by creating and monitoring purchase orders, scheduling visits to the showroom, leading viewings & reservation of specific material slabs, solving customer issues, processing orders, scheduling material deliveries, and maintaining customer account receivables. Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end users, checking stock of materials when requested, as well as highlighting any possible stock issues that may arise to help them achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide customer support over the phone, face-to-face, and via email. Perform analysis in SAP as requested by the GM or Operations Manager Customer Service experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry experience MUST HAVE: - Attention to detail - Phone and Email Etiquette - Must work well alone and with others -Time Management skills - Good attendance and be on time Education Required - High School Diploma/GED Desired - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Knowledge Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) CRM Systems Invoicing Order Entry Bilingual (English & Spanish), preferably In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) upon hire. Completion of a background check and/or drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with local laws and client requirements.
