We’re seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist customers with claims, coordinate with service providers, and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred. Our accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) training program will help fully prepare you to serve our customers in a contact-center environment.   RESPONSIBILITIES: *    Answering incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners *   Assist customers with filing new service requests and explaining the claims process *   Verify basic customer information, coverage limits, service fees, and contract terms *   Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians to ensure timely repairs *   Utilize our training and resources to determine covered and non-covered items *   Document all customer interactions accurately and completely *   Respond to customer complaints professionally and efficiently *   Enhance the customer’s experience and promote customer retention through kind, courteous professionalism  *   No outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls   QUALIFICATIONS: * Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor  * Excellent time and resource management skills * Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook   REQUIRED EDUCATION: * High school or equivalent   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: * Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred WHAT APHW OFFERS: * Paid training  * Health insurance, dental, and vision  * 401k (matching)  * Paid holidays  * Paid time off (Up to 5 weeks)  * Short term and long-term disability  * Employee referral bonus * Parenting time  * Attendance bonuses * Ramsey SmartDollar * ADP LifeMart & Life Care   Compensation: $16 per hour based on experience Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for 8 weeks Shift: Mid-shift (10am-11pm).
