• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate data entry in the system.
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and quality assurance.
