As a growing LTL / TL trucking company we are hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time on-site position based at our Winnipeg, MB terminal.

• Data entry of load information into the Fleet Management System (Truckmate)
• Take incoming calls from customers and respond to tracing emails
• Verify and update all load information to ensure all necessary information is correct, such as Customer contact details, rates, weight, times and location
• Assist in problem solving and conflict resolution with customers as problems arise
• Monitor load board to ensure accurate tracking of loads
• Communicate and update customer with load information
• Provide administrative support to Dispatch team as required
