CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Canadian company that has provided high-quality surgical products to hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities across Canada since 1923. We are a founding member of the Pacific Surgical group of healthcare companies with a mission to be Canada’s premier surgical products company.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Customer Service team. This is a full-time position, based out of our office in Calgary AB, and is available immediately.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Receive customer orders via email, website and phone
  • Verify order details and process in ERP system (Sage)
  • Provide customers with order acknowledgements
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding basic product details, order status and ETAs
  • Communicate with local, regional and national staff regarding customer orders
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • Follow established processes and procedures and represent Keir Surgical professionally at all times

In addition to the above primary tasks, this position may also include a variety of cross-functional training & responsibilities to assist the Customer Service and Sales Management teams.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience (preferably in an office environment)
  • Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate competency working with computers; particularly Excel, Outlook, and an ERP
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Appreciate learning a variety of tasks
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Experience with Sage software considered an asset
  • French language skills considered an asset
