As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is on-site at 5109 N National Dr. Knoxville, TN 37914, with the ability to work remotely up to two days per week after training. Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support. Essential Responsibilities Include the following, other duties may be assigned: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and care. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Provide product information and guidance to help customers select the right solutions. Collaborate with all internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Previous customer service experience (distribution, retail, or B2B preferred). Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
