Available Shifts Shift 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM Shift 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM Compensation $6 per hour Location Homebased Responsibilities Answer the phone Scheduling appointments Correspond with patients via phone, text message, and email Answer treatment-related questions Ensure all appointment openings have been filled Ensure all metrics are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Qualifications Minimum of 2 years call center experience Be fluent in English with no accent Be pleasant-sounding and easy to understand on the phone Have a high proficiency in reading and writing in English Be able to type quickly and accurately (50 wpm or greater) Be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes Have a good grasp of computers and technology Sales experience would be helpful Please elaborate if you have any previous experience with orthodontics, braces, or Invisalign
