Description Take customer orders via email in a professional and courteous manner. Accurately enter customer orders and related information into our database or order management system. Confirm order details, process transactions, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, pricing, and account information. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to the appropriate department. Provide information about products and services to customers. Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, ensuring customer information and order details are correct. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely processing of orders. Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and is seldom absent from work. Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus. Typical Physical and Mental Demands/Work Environment: Work is primarily performed seated in an office. May involve working under deadlines. Requires: broad range of physical and mental activities to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position: The Customer Service Representative position requires standing and walking for 2+ hours daily, sitting for 6+ hours, reaching overhead and forward, climbing, and pushing/pulling with arms and legs.
