Kobe Sportswear Inc. is a proudly Canadian company specializing in high-quality sportswear and custom team apparel, with a strong presence in the hockey market. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in English(spoken and written) is required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in apparel or sportswear
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of order processing systems is an asset
  • Interest in hockey or team sports is a plus
