Job Description: MPS is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Korea Sales office. The responsible Customer Service Representative will perform a variety of customer and sales support functions, interfaces with sales teams, factory planning and order management team and various other departments. Order Processing Work to enter orders, request to change required dates, update orders in the case of urgent orders Customer Service Work with production planning and order management team on delivery issues; assure product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. Follow escalation path if needed. Address phone calls and email correspondence to include but not limited to product inquiries, order status, lead time and satisfaction issues. Process sample orders for shipment and follow up Assist finance in following up on any overdue invoices when required Sales support Support the Regional and Area Sales managers in areas of reporting, forecasting /sales analysis and general customer related issues. Distribution Manage the distribution business for Korea distributors by maintaining inventory, order status, backlog management Perform the monthly analysis of distributors inventory and stocking levels Coordinate /follow up on the bi-annual stock rotation Miscellaneous Visitor accommodation and transportation management Monthly Personal expense review assistance Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English, Korean speaking and writing Computer experience: excel, word, power point Detailed orientated, professional and able to work independently At least 3 years working experience as Sales Assistant or CSR in related industries.
