Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be a key player in creating positive experiences for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and Assisting Clients:Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable. Document pet histories and services requested with attention to detail.
  • Efficient Scheduling:Manage client visits, from scheduling appointments to coordinating follow-ups, ensuring a smooth workflow for our veterinary team.
  • Promote Our Services:Use your knowledge of our offerings to attract new clients and educate existing ones about our services and products.
  • Customer Care:Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Manage cash transactions and handle customer complaints with tact.
