Customer Service Representative Veterinary Hospital – Full Time Our growing veterinary hospital is looking for a reliable, upbeat, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! Position Details Full-time position Immediate start date available Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternating shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM When scheduled to work a Saturday, you will receive a half day or full day off during the week Compensation - $15-$18/hour Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications Provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out Accurately enter and update patient and client information Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, appointments, and hospital policies Support the veterinary team in creating a smooth and welcoming client experience Qualifications & Skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Upbeat, friendly, and professional demeanor Strong empathy and compassion for clients and their pets Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment Prior customer service experience preferred (veterinary or medical experience a plus, but not required) Comfortable working with computers and phone systems Why Join Our Team? PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The team member must frequently use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities are required to do this job including close vision. This position requires walking and/or standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions. May be exposed to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, pets dander, and excretions. This position is exposed to low to moderate noise levels. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted, 50 lbs. with assistance. Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
