Efficiently address customer complaints and resolve issues with a friendly demeanor. Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience. Accurately process transactions and handle cash or card payments with care. Keep the customer service area tidy and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive work environment. Assist with inventory management and restocking when required. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
