Your main tasks:

• Telephone support for existing customers
• Actively contacting potential buyers to inquire about offers.
• Accepting incoming requests

Requirements:

• Ideally, basic business knowledge is present.
• Experience in call centers and customer service
• Teamwork skills
• Safe handling of PCs, software applications and MS Outlook
• Friendly, professional demeanor, also on the phone, and enjoyment of talking on the phone.
