Description
  • Maintenance and management of customer and product master data, including price management
  • Competent support and correspondence with our customers in German and occasionally in English.
  • Independent order processing from order entry and shipping coordination to invoicing.
  • Coordination of delivery dates and product availability with internal interfaces such as warehouse, planning and laboratory.
  • Coordination and monitoring of deliveries in cooperation with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
  • Processing of electronic business documents (EDI), in particular orders and invoices
  • Handling of returns, transport damage and complaints related to deliveries
